Fundraisers

Community Association non-profits are the heart of vibrant, connected neighbourhoods.

When you donate to Westgate Community Association, every dollar stays local—directly improving the place you call home.

Here is how community fundraising directly impacts Westgate:

• Revitalizing Local Infrastructure: Donations fund essential upkeep and improvements for shared spaces such as enhancements to our community hall facilities and sports equipment.

• Creating Connection Through Events: Your support directly powers community-led traditions, seasonal festivals including Winterfest, movie nights, and youth activities that bring neighbours together and foster a strong sense of belonging.

• Advocating for Our Neighbourhood: Community associations act as the official voice for residents regarding local city planning, traffic safety, environmental initiatives, and public services.

• Accessible Programming for All Ages: Fundraising enables us to offer low-cost or free educational, recreational, and wellness programs for kids, families, and seniors right in our neighbourhood.

By participating in Westgate's fundraising campaigns, you aren't just donating to a cause—you are investing in safer streets, richer amenities, and a stronger, more connected community for everyone.
